Estimates, not advice

The calculators on this site give estimates based on the rates and rules described on each page. They are for general information. They are not tax, legal, mortgage or financial advice, and they do not take account of every personal circumstance or relief.

Before making a decision, check your position with Revenue, the relevant government department, your lender or a qualified adviser.

Accuracy

We take care to keep rates current and to test every calculation, and each page shows when its rates were last checked. Even so, rates change and mistakes happen. We cannot accept liability for any loss arising from use of the site. If you find an error, please tell us.

Announced measures

Figures marked as announced come from a Budget and are not yet law. They may change before the Finance Act is signed.
