Age calculator
Your exact age from your date of birth, the countdown to your next birthday, and the age milestones that matter in Ireland.
Dates use the Gregorian calendar and your device's date. Milestones are general rules; some schemes have extra conditions. Terms of use.

How your age is counted
Your age goes up by one on each birthday. The months are counted from your last birthday, and the days from the same day of the month. When a month is too short (a birthday on the 31st, say), the month counts as complete on its last day. The total days and weeks count every day from the date of birth up to, but not including, the "age on" date.
Example. Someone born on Sun 20 May 1990 is 36 years, 4 months and 20 days old on Sat 10 October 2026. They were born on a Sunday, have lived 13,292 days, and turn 37 in 222 days.
